Mobile App Privacy Policy

1. About This Policy and the Apps Covered

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications published by BSP Software Services Corp. (“BSP”, “we”, “us”) on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android), including Cự Ly 38, and any other BSP app that links to this page.

It explains what information the apps use, how that information is handled, and the choices you have. By installing or using a BSP app, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

BSP does not collect personal information through its mobile apps. The apps do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number inside the app.

To provide their features, the apps may use the following information on your device only. It is not sent to BSP or to any server:

• Camera images: used in real time to detect vehicles and estimate distance. Images are not saved and not uploaded.
• Location data: used to obtain your GPS speed while the app is in use. Location is not stored or transmitted.
• Settings and preferences: such as sound on or off and calibration values, stored locally on your device.

3. Permissions the Apps Request

An app asks for a permission only when a feature needs it, and you can refuse or withdraw it at any time.

• Camera: to detect the vehicle ahead and estimate the following distance.
• Location (while using the app): to read your driving speed from GPS.
• Photos or files: only if a feature lets you pick a file, and only the files you select.

Apps do not use the camera or location in the background unless the app description clearly says so.

4. How Information Is Used

Information processed on your device is used only to run the feature you are using, for example to show the following distance or to play a warning sound. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. Because the apps do not send personal data to us, we have no personal data from the apps to disclose. We may disclose information only if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Data used by the apps stays on your device. We do not keep copies. When you uninstall an app, the data stored by that app on your device is removed according to your operating system.

7. Third-Party Services

The apps do not include advertising networks or third-party tracking tools. Apple and Google may provide us with aggregated, non-personal statistics, such as downloads or crash reports, through App Store Connect and Google Play Console. Their own privacy policies govern that data.

If a future app or update adds a third-party service, we will describe it in the store listing and update this policy before release.

8. App Store and Google Play Disclosures

For the privacy questions in Apple’s App Privacy section and Google Play’s Data safety section, the apps covered by this policy are described as follows:

• Data collected: none. No data is collected from the app by BSP.
• Data shared with third parties: none.
• Tracking: the apps do not track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
• Account required: no, so there is no account to delete.

9. Data Security

Because the apps process data on your device and do not transmit it to us, the main protection is your device’s own security. We recommend keeping your operating system and apps up to date and using a screen lock.

10. Your Rights and Choices

• Permissions: change or revoke camera and location access at any time in iOS Settings or Android Settings > Apps > Permissions.
• Deletion: uninstall the app to remove its locally stored data.
• Questions or requests: contact us if you have a question about your privacy. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. We hold no personal data from the apps, but we will respond to every request.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Applicable Laws

We handle personal data in line with applicable Vietnamese data protection law, including Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP, and respect the rights provided by laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA where they apply to you.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision, and the current version is always available at bsp.vn/app/privacy_policy.html. Material changes will be reflected in the app store listing where required.
