Founder, CEO

Tan Nguyen

Tan is the founder and CEO of BSP. He currently serves as a Technical Architect and Consultant for several leading software companies and banks in Vietnam, while also lecturing in mobile programming at the university level for many years.

With more than 22 years of experience in senior leadership roles at various software firms, Tan has successfully managed software outsourcing projects for U.S. and European clients, especially in the financial services and telecommunications industries. He plays a vital role in aligning the company’s strategies with state-of-the-art (SOTA) technologies to ensure consistent and sustainable growth in the IT sector.

In addition to his professional and teaching roles, Tan Nguyen actively contributes to scientific research, particularly in applying AI and computer vision to real-world challenges in agriculture. He is the author of the peer-reviewed article: “Image Dataset of Ten Durian Diseases Captured in Real-Field Conditions from a Family Orchard in Vinh Long, Vietnam”. Published in Data in Brief (Tan Nguyen, 2025).

This publication introduces a valuable open-access dataset comprising 5,452 images of durian plant parts affected by ten common diseases, captured under natural field conditions in Vietnam. The dataset supports the development of machine learning models for plant disease classification, emphasizing robust performance in noisy, real-world scenarios.

It aligns with Tan's expertise in computer vision, pattern recognition, and deep learning, fostering advancements in SOTA edge-based diagnostic tools for sustainable farming.

Truc Huynh

Truc Huynh currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at BSP, playing a pivotal role in aligning company strategy with talent development and operational excellence.

With over 10 years of experience in accounting and executive support roles, Truc has developed strong expertise in recruitment, training, and delivery operations. She has been instrumental in building high-performing teams and establishing efficient HR processes that support BSP’s growth in the competitive IT outsourcing industry.

In addition to HR leadership, Truc actively oversees the quality management of outsourced software development projects, focusing on Business Analysis (BA) and Quality Assurance (QA). Her contributions ensure that project teams consistently meet client expectations in both functionality and reliability.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is certified as a Chief Accountant from Can Tho University.
